M. B. Hilburn longtime Lubbock resident and owner of an early Lubbock print shop died at 4 45 pm Tuesday in Methodist Hospital. He founded Lubbock Printing Co after arriving in 1919 and was active in civic groups including the Rotary Club American Legion Panhandle South Plains Fair Association and local business circles. He served in World War I and was survived by his wife Velma Stiles.
