Two Die As Tiny Plane Strikes Jet In North Carolina
Wake County officials identified victims Willis Smith Jr of Raleigh and David Edward Upchurch of Morrisville after a Cessna collided with an Eastern Airlines DC9 near Raleigh Durham Airport. The jetliner landed safely. the Cessna exploded on impact with 23 passengers and four crew aboard the jet reported uninjured.

Mrs Rossetta Wylie of the Government Rent Advisory Board urged thousands of tenants to refuse rent payments if landlords raise rents before final post freeze guidelines.
