Regional Occupation Center to Open in Lubbock
The ROC an extension of South Plains College will begin its first semester in Lubbock at the State School after Wednesday registration. The center operates from HQ at 2104 Ave Q with multiple city sites planned for classroom space and offers courses in psychology sociology and related subjects for state school employees and the public.
