The Arizona Heart Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix runs Project Os Cardiovascular Screening to detect hidden heart disease before symptoms appear. Using ultrasound, stress treadmill tests, and NASA heritage tech, it screens executives and others to guide lifestyle changes or surgery, with aims to expand to the public via mobile clinics.
