Accident Kills Seagraves Girl
SEAGRAVES Special Ven noye Nichole Riggs three and four year old daughter of Mr and Mrs Eugene Riggs died on arrival at Seagraves Clinic and Hospital after a freak accident at the family farm five miles southwest of Seagraves. Tech Professor Killed in One-Car Wreck Near Joplin
Richard Duran 43 of Lubbock Texas was killed in a one car crash two miles west of Joplin Thursday. Hospital staff said he was an architecture professor at Texas Tech University. The car ran off the road hit an embankment rolled over and threw him from the vehicle. Duran resided at 3718 32nd St.
