State representative and former House speaker Carr of Labhbock said he will seek either governor or attorney general in the fall decision. He views fair tax reform and rooting out waste as core planks, and expects a decision this fall after a session marked by tax reform.
The House voted 2 to 122 against a labor bill backed by the AFL-CIO aimed at removing crooks from unions without harming legitimate organizing. The measure faced two days of bitter debate including religious grounds arguments.
