Lubbock Man Indicted In Hit Run Death Case
A 137th District Court grand jury in Lubbock returned 38 indictments Tuesday, including failure to stop and render aid in a fatal bicycle accident. Fracis Dalton, 43, faces murder with malice in the shooting of her estranged husband, and Elliott Indicted in the fatal bicycle death of Mike Rosy, 31, of Lubbock. Family Move Saves Life Of Small Child In NM Crash
CLOVIS New Mexico residents at 713 East 11th Street moved Saturday after a child’s life was saved. A juvenile driver, about 16, allegedly intoxicated, drove a stolen car, hit a parked vehicle, and crashed into a vacant house bedroom where the child’s bed had stood. The car ended inside the room. the driver was arrested nearby and charged.
