Survey shows 3 574 296 acres of wheat in Panhandle South Plains region with 63 percent good condition and 36 percent fair. Oats 157 273 acres and barley 386 834 acres forecast to be harvested with 58 percent good oats 59 percent good barley. wage ranges for operators drivers and labor listed plus fuel and tire needs and travel permits guidance.
