Court Fight Threatened To Block Postal Service Cutbacks

Washington April 6 Postmaster General Summerfield faces a court fight if he proceeds with cuts to mail service without extra funds. The Third Class Mail Users Association threatens a federal restraining order unless Congress provides 47 million dollars.
