Winchester Indiana September 20 Omer Peoee ten was fatally shot while posing as President McKinley at Buffalo for Emil Miller ten. The boys, playmates, tried to enact the Buffalo tragedy. Miller obtained his brother rifle for the stunt. The ball passed through the child's stomach and he is expected to die.
