The McKinley funeral train reached Canton, Ohio at noon as about 50 000 mourners lined the tracks from Pittsburg to Canton. Mrs McKinley wept at home while crowds along the route stood bareheaded and silent. Police report Monena the 19 year old Italian suspect linked to a Boston case of a girl named Antonia.
Canton Ohio Sept. 18 trains bring crowds destined for the President McKinley funeral. Numerous organized bodies and veteran members of the 23d Ohio march reserve the route. Canton citizens draped in black and set arches at court house and route points for today and tomorrow.
Chicago officials announce two mass meetings at the Coliseum on Sunday to honor the late President McKinley with extensive preparations for a memorial parade the next day. Civic and military groups in the city will take part in the event.

Michael Mulligan a cotton weaver aged 40 and resident of Lowell was found unconscious on Oxford avenue Webster Tuesday night and died at 7 o clock. Town physician E M Frissell said consumption caused death. He leaves a wife and two children in Lowell and the body will be brought here.
