Police veteran of Lowell for a decade, Patrick Henry Brady died at 2 30 yesterday at St John’s hospital after a fall on stairs in his Crawford street home Pawtucket ville He was 38 and leaves a wife four children and many relatives including Police Commissioner Brady He served on patrol on various shifts and the Market and Middle street beat with a spotless record and steady dedication in his duties

Concord reports John M. Harris of Waltham was arraigned in district court for the murder of Mrs. George S. Butters on September 4. He waived examination and was held for the grand jury in Lowell on October 18.
