The Lowell General Hospital Aid Association reports net pantomime proceeds of 800.51 from Ben Hur to support a Nurses' home. Treasurer Mrs J W B Shaw presented the figure at the Board of Trade meeting. The group thanks E D Holden Henry Runels chaperones pianists press merchants and the public. Resignations from two church vice presidents were accepted and replacements appointed. The directors seek $1 contributions for the Nurses' home printed gratis by local firms. Plans for the home have been prepared by Fred Stickney for the Hospital Aid association.

Mary Maguire, a young woman tied to corporate work, was arrested by Major E J Noyes and Inspector Chas Laflamme this morning on charges of larceny and forgery.
