Blaze damages Sloan veterinary establishment and drug store
An explosion in the shipping room of Dr Earl S Sloan's building at Port land Merrimac and Travers streets in Boston caused a lively blaze at 10 this morning. The four story brick structure owned by Dr Thomas L Jenks housed a drug store on the street floor and Sloan's veterinary medicine business on the upper floors.
