An unnamed woman about 65 was struck by an electric car on Main Street in Melrose this morning. She was returning from the market with flour when she stepped in front of the dasher and died within five minutes. Motorman William Warnock, an experienced operator, was at the controls and this was his first accident.

At Court Merriman F A meeting last evening routine business was transacted with two inspections and seven applications. About 50 members of Passaconaway tribe of Red Men visited Nashua tribe Mone in Nashua. The trip used a special electric car and NashuaRed Men hosted generously. Lowell men will return the visit on the Fourth of July when Nashua people come to the city.
