Police describe a tragedy at a tenement in Providence as a double murder followed by suicide. Charles W. Winn, his wife and sister-in-law Mrs. Chas. E. Riggs were found dead after a quarrel sparked by jealousy. Riggs had been visiting from Portland, Maine.
