Holland Michigan January 10 76 year old Czar Giddings and his wife were remarried yesterday by Justice Fairbanks after a 42 year separation. He had left for California in 1853 and later drifted to New Mexico with a brother who became territorial governor. He returns claiming he sought fortune and now plans to spend his life in Michigan.
In Northern Idaho three miners named Brunson, Walters, and Richard Snyder were overtaken by a brutal mountain storm and lost for days. Brunson died on the fourth day and Walters the next. Snyder, rescued in a dying condition, reached Athol then Spokane, with slim chances of recovery after hospitalization.
