Samuel Rousgeau was fined three dollars for riding a bicycle on the Union street sidewalk.
John Murphy of 41 Rock Street and Brady Murphy liquor dealer at Worthen and Fletcher streets, and Mrs Edward Welch of Faber Street have not been heard from for three weeks. Murphy is a widower with one child and stays with his mother in law, Mrs Maria McCoy, at 41 Rock Street, who runs the boarding house once run by her daughter who died seven months ago. Welch is wife of Edward H Welch and granddaughter of Mrs Copson, owner of a suspender factory on Fletcher Street. The Welch and Murphy families boarded together on Rock Street about a year.
