An officer with requisition papers will be sent tonight to Rochester New York to bring back George M Cronin who was recently arrested there as a fugitive from justice Mrs Chaplin posted 1000 bail for Cronin when he was held in the police court for the June term of the superior court but he jumped his bond Cronin was not heard of until Tuesday when Rochester officials apprehended him.
