In Philadelphia Baltimore defeated Philadelphia 3 to 2 in the first game and won 16 to 13 in the second. At Pittsburgh Cleveland beat Pittsburgh 6 to 2, and won 6 to 3 in the second game. In New York New York outscored Washington 15 to 9.
