Four year old Thomas Riley of 362 Lawrence Street nearly drowned after falling into the Concord River yesterday afternoon. He was sinking for the third time before being rescued and found to have a fractured thigh. He was transported by ambulance to St. John's Hospital.
William A. Herrick, a victim of the Lynn lobster salad poisoning, died Friday afternoon at his home. Many others who ate the salad fell ill, but Herrick was the sole fatality. An investigation will be conducted.
