Henderson Defends Graves Claim With Facts and Figures
Councilman Henderson publishes a detailed letter defending architect Harry Prescott Graves. He outlines disputed sums for plans and specifications for a high school annex costing 29000, supervision of brick work, Huntington hall, and other charges.
