Lloyd Deck East aged 28 of 606 E Humble Hobbs was arrested on drunk driving and leaving the scene. He was jailed after a 150 dollar fine and placed on a work detail to work off the fine. While on detail he wandered off at 11 am and was found drunk near the American Steam Laundry and re arrested for being drunk and escaping custody.
