D A Files Suit To Collect Bonds
The District Attorney's office has filed four suits to collect forfeited bonds. They name Merlin Ainsworth Elanzo Milton Sexton I S Luna and Robert M Ybarra in criminal charges. Ainsworth bondsmen were J C Head and W C Campbell of Hobbs. The Sexton bond is $500 with bondsmen D L Bess Betty Elam and Cecil Thompson Swa. The Ybarra bond is $2500 in cash.
