Will Finish Mile of Sands Road
County Commissioners W M Atkinson and Tom D White decide to finish Mescalero Sands road after consulting citizens. They aim to raise 2000 to complete the highway to the east plains and have contractor Jim West return to finish promptly. One mile remains on this side with 300 feet at the German Arrogra ranch east fence. four miles already finished at a cost of 8000.
