Bill Wright, 24, died about 2 a.m. Tuesday in El Paso hospital from head injuries after a tire rim blew off a tire he was repairing at Chuy's Arco service station around 9:55 a.m. Monday. He was rushed to Hidalgo General Hospital for emergency care, then transported to El Paso by Hidalgo County Ambulance Service.
