First water main linking pumping station to new tank
The city begins installing 8 000 feet of 10 inch pipe and 9 000 feet of 8 inch pipe for a new transmission line from the northern pumping station to the southwest water tank. Sam Gass says 10 inch pipe will depart the pumping station. The King Hoover Company of Phoenix, Arizona holds the installation contract.
