PTA Carnival At Central School On Halloween
The PTA sponsors a Halloween carnival at Central School on Monday October 1. The event promises wide variety of carnival eats and activities including the king of sandwiches the hot dog and hot coffee and soft drinks. A selection of pies dough ice cream candied apples popcorn and cakes will be available with a walk offering about 75 cakes.

Garden club prepares tulip plantings for spring display
The newly formed Garden Club plans tulip plantings this month and next to brighten the city next spring. Donations and volunteer work are invited through women’s organizations and member clubs. The high school is holding a flower fund tag day Friday.

PTA President Names Chairmen For Coming Year
