National Guard Alerted Monday in New Mexico
A statewide alert for the New Mexico Army National Guard was initiated by Adjutant General Major General John P. Jolly at 5 30 p m on March 5. Capt Jesus J Estrada reported 80 percent present by 7 p m as the alert plan took effect lasting two hours and counted as a paid drill in lieu of the March 20 schedule.
