Changes in FHA Rural Housing rules raise loan income cap
Farmers Home Administration State Director David King announced a rise in the maximum adjusted income for low income housing loans to 11200 dollars. The change affects loan eligibility and eligibility for interest credit with 1 percent minimum interest.
