This Week's Fishing Report Highlights For New Mexico Lakes
This week reports fishing is fair to good at San Acacia and San Marcial for catfish and white bass. Bill Evans and Gila River areas show slow to fair fishing with small catfish, bluegill, and trout. Elephant Butte and Caballo Lake report good white bass and black bass action with topwater lures, sassy shad, and minnows. Walleye trolling deep near the dam and Apache Cliffs yields catches. Quemado offers fair boat fishing with delgramites and spinners. The Lordsburg Senior Team is playing in the Silver City League.
