The funeral of C. C. Hampton was held at Heather Mortuary Friday afternoon with Percy Krewson of the Church of Christ officiating. Mrs. Thelma Ross sang, accompanied by Mrs. Claude C. Fuller. Pallbearers included Joe Wood, E. M. Fisher, A. V. Broun, M. E. Coffman, Paul Hudson and Hon. John T. Muir. Jack Heather was funeral director. Remains laid to rest in Mountainview Cemetery. Heather could not locate any living relatives.
