Estrada Elected Treasurer Of County Clerks Affiliate
Petra D. Estrada was elected treasurer of the District Court Clerks' Affiliate at the New Mexico Association of Counties conference in Albuquerque. The Supreme Court of New Mexico approved a rule making 8 by 11 inch paper optional now and mandatory from January 1, 1983. Mrs. Estrada was named chairman of the District Court Clerks' association.

Dollie Blake born in Grand City Missouri died May 22 after long illness at 325 E 7th St. She lived in Lordsburg since 1946 taught school 37 years retiring 1971. Survived by son Walter Blake Slidell LA daughters Nora Bell Morrisett Palmer AK and Phoebe Troutman Wichita KS. nine grandchildren four great grandchildren. Alumni Plan Reunion And Reorganization
Alumni from Lordsburg High School classes 1920 through 1941 met at the Civic Center last May 27 to plan a reunion and reorganize the Alumni Association. Temporary officers named were Marion Fisher president Marvin Harper vice president Leta Bradberry Barney secretary. A July 8 meeting at 7 p.m. was set and a Dutch Treat dinner in September was tentatively discussed. Contact numbers provided for information.
