In Lubbock Texas Moore cites high winds and a dust storm causing a chain accident. Seven people went to Lordsburg Hospital and three to Hillcrest General in Silver. Two eight and nine year old burn victims had third degree burns over 30 percent of their bodies and were moved to Shriner Burn Center in Galveston aboard Tuck Grimes Air.
