Mr and Mrs S E Allen visited Hatch and traveled to El Paso where Mr Allen’s father J E Allen lies seriously ill in El Paso. Mrs E P Bowman returned to Dallas after weeks with her daughter Mrs W F Winters and Mr Winters. Last Friday evening Red Cross Home Nursing classes for volunteers began under Mrs Jack Heather with about 775 women enrolled. Classes are set for Monday and Thursday evenings and for Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at 230 and 400. Mrs Heather says after this week she will lead the afternoon classes and Miss Donna will teach the evening sessions.
