Assistant DA Unhappy With Cobb Verdict
The Sierra County jury acquitted Charles Ralph Cobb of murder and attempted murder in the Bejarano case and deadlocked on an armed robbery charge. A mistrial was declared, with a new trial on the armed robbery to occur within six months.
