Maddox Funeral Thursday Afternoon
Funeral services for Holmes Maddox who died Wednesday at his home on Texas Avenue are set for Thursday at 3 00 p m at Heather Mortuary. Rev David E Moore will preach and the Masonic Lodge will conduct graveside rites with lodge members as pallbearers. Maddox was an early settler in the area arriving in the 1880s. A complete obituary will appear next week in the Liberal.
