The Southwest Regional Library Bookmobile schedule to Rodeo Animas and Cotton City moves up one week. Today August 21 stops at Rodeo post office 10 30 to 11 30 Animal Store 12 15 to 12 45 and Cotton City Store 1 45 to 2 30. September and October schedules are being prepared and will be published when received.

Round robin playoffs opened Monday with mud soaked grounds as players wiped balls. CPS slipped past Bishop Lumber 7 6 while Wimp's Service beat Gene's Shell 2 1. Rain postponed Wednesday games to Thursday forcing Elks vs CPS and Slick's Sporting Goods vs Wimp's.
