Hidalgo County Fair board proposes bonds totaling 15000 over five years to build fair ground facilities and support annual fairs. The weather delayed the league schedule with last Friday’s games postponed. On Monday Poco defeated Dockum 9 to 6 and Warren 6 to 6. Two games on Wednesday saw Poco beat Rich's Motor 12 to 7 and Banner Mine 11 to 8. four more games are planned for Friday August 15 and Monday August 18 if weather allows.

PTA to Organize at Four Schools in District
