Talavera Bound Over To District Court
Frank Talavera was bound over for district court after a preliminary hearing before Justice C. L. Brown. The charge was reduced from possession and sale of narcotics to possession only of marijuana on motion by Asst Dist Atty William Martin. State Engineer E Reynolds says agreements can be made now for work to improve or protect irrigation systems from flooding or erosion. The legislature appropriated 100000 dollars, with cost shares up to 15 percent or a maximum of 10000 dollars.
