Bakers steam boiler opens vast oil field prospects

The Pueblo Star Journal reports a new use for the Baker steam boiler to reclaim ceased oil wells by removing paraffin from the bottom. Col. Larson of Denver explains a high pressure dry steam method tested in Florence, promising large production growth and market demand for Baker boilers.

Mrs. Joe D. Croom and her baby daughter are reported to be doing fine at DeMoss Hospital. J. R. Reynolds is recovering well after breaking his arm while starting an engine at the Lordsburg Dairy.

Good Roads Meeting Set for Southwest Show in Albuquerque

3600 Barrel Well Near Hogback Structure Drills

In Farmington April 2, a 3600 barrel well north of US 3600 becomes the fifth producer in seven Hogback structure holes. The well yields over seventy percent gasoline, comparable in quality to other Hogback wells. If marketed, oil from producing Hogback wells could bring over one million dollars monthly.

K K L Trendt sustained injuries when a car without lights collided with his vehicle near the oil siding on the BE P and W track. He turned into a telephone pole and wrecked the car, losing his left thumb and receiving minor bruises.
