Trolley Hits Wholesale Wagon In West End Accident
A delivery wagon belonging to M. Zimmerman, South Broadway grocer, was struck by an Atlantic Coast Electric Railway trolley near Cottage Place in the West End last evening just after seven. The driver was thrown and bruised, the wagon upset, groceries ruined, and the horse injured as the trolley failed to stop in time. The motorman reported the wagon pulled toward the track despite warnings and snow drifts. The trolley sustained no damage.

Strikers Kill Two. Troops Called to Depew Plant
Buffalo March 24 Armed troops were paid today at the Gould Coupler Works in Depew to curb violence in a strike of 1400. The 4th Regiment's First Battalion under Major Arthur Kemp rushed in after an outbreak last night left two dead and several seriously wounded. Earlier a separate attack on a train carrying 800 strike breakers killed one more and wounded several. The sheriff requested state troops as the situation grew grave with armed strikers and foreign-born workers amid rising tensions.
