Spellmeyer Will Probate In Newark Office
The will of Bishop Henry Spellmeyer, who died in Atlantic City while presiding over the New Jersey Methodist Episcopal Conference, was admitted to probate in Newark yesterday. It directs $15,000 to the widow, $2,500 to slater Agnes Jones, and the residue to daughter Luella Hoole with further passage to her children after Luella's death. Mrs Spellmeyer is named executrix.

Homegrown pistol tragedy ends in accidental self harm
William Lynch a former Mt Vernon detective died last night in Long Branch from a self inflicted heart wound. His clothing burned by the pistol shot alerted bystander Widdis who followed a burning odor to a bath house where Lynch lay with the front of his clothes aflame. The coroner's ambulance arrived. Lynch identified as William Lynch Pelham N Y. He was about 38 and had been retired from the force months earlier. The death is ruled accidental.
