Blank forms available from the district secretary at Long Branch post office. Mrs Mary J Fachanan aged 41 died Sunday in Eatontown at her daughter's home on Railroad Avenue. Funeral services were held yesterday and burial will be at Fairmount Cemetery Newark under J G Sexton. Mrs McDonald, residing at a hospital, missed the funeral.
