Excited over grave charge rocks Rumeon Borough
A warrant for a serious offense was sworn yesterday morning by David Hendry, an employee on Hugh McCarter's estate in Rumeon Borough, against Frank Glaubrecht of Little Silver, aged about 22. The alleged assault occurred days earlier and was discovered by the girl's mother. Glaubrecht allegedly admitted the charge. Red Bank police were notified, but officers were unable to cross borough lines.

Burglar Search For Ancient Gold At Old Deal Homestead
Horden A Jeffrey of South Etberon and brother of Elwood Jeffrey of Sixth Avenue says gold coins were found in the ruins of a fireplace at the old Obadiah White homestead in Deal. The exact amount and coinage date are not public. Intruders have entered the ruin, removed bricks, and three men escaped from a window. Robbers also took four pallets from Mr White’s hennery.
