Adolph Rossler of Atlantic High lands store was stricken with acute indigestion Saturday night while alone. He was carried home by Kridel’s auto truck and attended by Dr. VanMater. doctors report slow recovery. Also noted: Jacob Steinbach Jr. fractured a leg bowling and uses a wheelchair but expects to resume practice soon. Freehold Democrats plan a Bridge-Water Inn dinner with Governor Wilson invited. Moonlight dance at Ocean Park Casino tonight with Dennett’s Orchestra.
Richard Young six is critically injured after a fender strike on his right side knocks out teeth and threatens his right eye. The car owned by Louis Boury driven by Willis Cooper collided as the boy crossed in front of his home on Branch Avenue Red Bank. Cooper claims he horned and steered away, speeding after the boy froze and ran before the car. He was taken home by Cooper and treated. no bones broken. Other notes report speeders John Feeley and William Norris arrested by State Inspector George W. Thompson on Broad Street Red Bank. They were fined fifteen dollars each and released.
In probate of Mrs Eleanor Nowland the city learned of an error in the bequest to William H Nowland who was originally listed for 100 dollars but should have been 1 dollar The will also left Emma J Reynolds 50 dollars The executrix named is Mrs Laura Spires The article also mentions Sara McGarvey turning eight with a birthday party at her Broadway home and gifts noted
