Plans announce a new enterprise on West End Avenue including two 40 by 20 foot structures and a button factory. Bids on two story buildings expected. payroll projected between two and three thousand dollars weekly.
A West End site in Long Branch is chosen for a new button factory expected to employ about 250 workers with weekly payrolls of two to three thousand dollars. Construction of a 40 by 200 foot two‑structure complex will begin soon, completed by June, with machinery moved from Newark and orders already on hand. Arthur Le Meyer promotes the project, aiming to bolster the local economy, while Royal Arcanum officers list contains a noted error.
Mrs. Sarah Wertheim of West-End will host a theatre party Saturday evening at the Broadway Theatre in honor of her niece Mrs. Laura Borelli formerly of London now in New York. Mrs. Borsici is noted as a talented reader who once read to Lady Gladstone of England.
Deputy Sheriff Cornelius Barta of Freehold sold the Allgor Spite Fence bungalow on Rumvon Road and the Centre Street Property by Mr Allgor at sheriff's sale. William J. Howard Slade seeks 100000 damages in a case heard in New York Supreme Court. Dominick & Co and Wright Slade & Co are named as defendants. The 1912 Monmouth Beach accident left Slade with the loss of his left eye and facial scarring. Case adjourned to continue today with coroner witnesses present.
The Sea Bright Beach Club begins extensive improvements including a two story club house 70 by 120 feet with broad piazzas. Architect is Leon Cubber Biig and builder Charles Whropshire. The Elberon Fire Company women's auxiliary assisted Sea Bright residents by distributing collected clothing. After days of preparation the AppleGate building at Sea Bright hosted the distribution, with the committee coordinating the handing out of items to those in need.

Mrs Cornelia Hubbard mother of the late John Hubbard died at Asbury Park yesterday. She was nearly ninety six, blind forty years, and kept news of John’s death from her to avoid shock. Survived by two daughters, a son and a New Brunswick resident. Born November 12 1821 on the Grover homestead Middletown Twp. Also notes a public sale of Penny Parker Pantone place in Asbury Park and a fatal injury to Welle in Oakland city.

Bernard Creighton of High lands sells his hotel and nearby property to a Jersey City man named Kruse for about $60,000. Mr and Mrs Creighton and their son plan to spend the winter in the south. The sale includes nearby property near the station.
