Atlantic Highlands Man Dies After Sawing Injury
James T. Hartwick aged 65 died at his Lincoln avenue home in Atlantic Highlands after a power saw accident in Navesink. He slipped while sawing and was badly cut, with the injured hand healing briefly before death. He leaves a widow, a daughter Mrs Adolph Duleto of Atlantic Highlands, and two sisters Mrs Chas Carson of Princeton and Mrs Abram Totten of Blownberg New Jersey.

Barham Sues Monmouth County Electric for Damages
Thomas Barham, injured while riding the running board of a crowded car, won a verdict of 5000 dollars against Monmouth County Electric. The New Jersey Supreme Court ruled the verdict excessive and offered to reduce it to 2500 dollars if Barham consents, with further proceedings if not.
