Aurora Temple Ladies of the Knights of the Golden Eagle held a class initiation in Odd Fellows Hall last night with a Liberty Temple delegation from Asbury Park attending. Eleven new members were added nine women and two men. The degree work was well done and refreshments followed. A new temple will organize at Spring Lake next Thursday with thirty five members.

Charles H. Chamberlain died yesterday at Ocean Grove from pneumonia after an earlier grip. He served thirty seven years on the Ocean Grove police force. One of Monmouth's oldest woman dead
Mrs. Matt Snedeker of Atlantic Highlands died at 97 years 18 days after a long illness. She lived with her son Charles in Atlantic Highlands for decades and was born September 7 1819 in Blade Mills New Jersey. She leaves three sons and one daughter and was a Freeport Presbyterian Church member with many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services were to be held at the Atlantic Highlands Presbyterian Church with interment at Maplewood Cemetery.
