Robbers loot Colts Neck household. pair still at large
Two colored men held up John Giberson and his wife at Colts Neck late Saturday night using a revolver. They stole $97 in cash $775 in notes and bank stock valued at $12 500. The couple were threatened and forced to stand in the room as the robbers searched for valuables. No arrests yet. The bank stock hailed from California Eatontown Englishtown and was non negotiable to strangers. A second robbery occurred the same night at a farm house on the road to Scobeyville with a missing tenant and $40 taken. Daniel Oswald of Belford was injured in a hill accident at Atlantic Highlands when his horse bolted from an icy slope near Sage’s livery stable.

Mrs Caroline Garrison Dies Suddenly in Red Bank Visit
Mrs. Caroline Garrison 69 wife of Moses T M Garrison of Elmer Salem County N J died suddenly about 3 30 this morning at the Red Bank home of her son Dr Biddle J Garrison on Monmouth street near Broad. She is survived by her husband another son Dr Howard C Garrison a brother Biddle Hiles and has burial by Coroner William H Morris Jr. The funeral will be Friday from her Wimer Street residence and interment in Elmer cemetery.

Aged Woman Dies at Monmouth Hospital
Mrs. Julia E. DuBois a long time Monmouth County resident died at Monmouth Memorial Hospital on Sunday aged ninety after stomach trouble and infirmities of old age. She had been under treatment since February 14. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at two o'clock with Rev William F E Compton officiating. Interment will be at Green Grove cemetery. A Canton Ohio native her grandfather served in the Revolutionary War. She had lived in Keyport ten years and had made her home with her son in Keyport.

Lone Bandit Robs Sleeper and Brakeman Arrested
